CAYHILL:--- On World Sickle Cell Day, June 19th, the Sint Maarten Medical Center (SMMC) held a conference in collaboration with the Sint Maarten Sickle Cell Foundation (SSCF) in an effort to create a platform where medical professionals and patients could take part in a discussion about the Sickle Cell Disease (SCD).
